My name is Angela Madonna and I have been a professional Registered Massage Therapist serving the KW region since 2009. I am a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Kitchener, Ontario. I have always been drawn to helping people in a therapeutic capacity. Prior to my Massage Therapy education and experience, I obtained an Honours BA degree in Social Work at Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario where I was also dedicated to helping people heal emotionally and mentally in order to achieve optimal wellness.
I believe that Massage Therapy can be a great way to enhance your health and can greatly impact your overall well-being. I also believe in the body's ability to heal itself and that Massage Therapy is one of the many paths to restoring health and wholeness to the body. I'm a strong supporter of self-care, patient education and I encourage active participation in the healing process.
One of my favourite aspects of my career are the interactions I have with my clients and being able to contribute positively to their lives. I strive to provide a nurturing and compassionate touch that is deep enough to effectively alleviate sore muscles and/or gentle enough to bring about complete relaxation. My intention for every session is to create a space that allows the mind and body to return to its natural state of harmony and balance. My work is a combination of several different modalities, providing a massage that is both therapeutic and relaxing.
I welcome all people of all age groups and offer therapeutic treatment options for a wide range of conditions involving the soft tissues and joints of the body.

Swedish massage uses soft, long, kneading and rhythmic tapping strokes on the topmost muscle layers, often combined with gentle joint movement. By easing muscle tension, it can be both relaxing and energizing. It may be combined with other therapies and helps activate the body’s natural healing process, supporting physical and emotional well-being.

Deep tissue uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia. It’s effective for chronic aches, a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, tight legs, and sore shoulders. Just a few sessions can make a noticeable difference.

Prenatal and postnatal massage address the unique needs of pregnancy and postpartum. They support muscular and joint function, improve circulation and tone, and relieve mental and physical fatigue—offering restorative relief for both mother and baby.

Relaxation massage applies smooth, long Swedish strokes to calm your nervous system, relieve stress, and promote a sense of well-being. Benefits include reduced muscle tension, improved venous and lymphatic return, and greater self-awareness.

Trigger points are localized fibers locked in a shortened state ("knots"). Treatment uses sustained pressure to release the contraction, easing local and referred pain. Untreated, trigger points can cause headaches, restrict range of motion, and reduce circulation.

Wherever you feel discomfort, each treatment is tailored to your needs—whether we focus on your scalp, shoulders, back, knees, or feet. Together, we’ll create a plan that works best for you.
